Its Been a crazy/Busy couple of months in my life

Hey, Blog world I am sorry I couldn't be on here and to be frank I have had a busy/ crazy few months! but such is life between medical appointments and training and how about adding full-time work into the mix I almost feel like a circus monkey!!!!! Exercises I do at home that are way too EASY!
