SO I AM GYM CRAZY as you can imagine

So as you can read from the post title I am a Gym nut now this is not for beauty or how many followers I can get for my Instagram! this is for me when I go to the gym it is my time shared with others but it is also about my time spent with me looking after my goals. When I go to the gym I go to improve my baby that is MUAY THAI yes you heard that correctly I train in Thai martial arts/ boxing and have almost been doing this sport for 9 years I also do x fit, boxing and will be back to dance soon 😃 so as you can imagine my workout schedule /training schedule is quite full on but I love it. I go 4 days a week to the gym I do 9 sessions per week basically I fit a 7-day training schedule into a 4 day week now I am not saying that this is for everyone but for me it works. Also when I started Muay Thai I started with 1 half an hour session a week! My point is, is that exercise and moving our butts off the couch and moving is probably the best medicine we can give ourselves. When we do something we like as in I like muay thai but you as my reader could like soccer (football) you could like running you could like yoga or surfing or you could like horseback riding or gymnastics or tennis it doesn't matter as long as you are moving and having fun doing the exercise that is all that matters! Now I am not saying that every day or every time is going to be butterflies and unicorns or peach fuzz because that is not how life works, and the 1st few sessions believe me you will probably be like what the hell? I cant feel my legs? this is not my best life! what am i doing here? but it will get better and I know this because I was in the same place that you were and it is ok to feel like that! take the 1st step be brave, be bold and be powerful! as Nike says Just do it !!!
