Day 1 after yesterday,Today is a new day and its time for healing
Hey readers
So yesterday as I told you I had an anxiety attack which was scary but that was yesterday.
So today is a new day it's also my favourite day of the week FRIDAY! So this is how I deal with my anxiety.
So after an anxiety attack, I talk about because I think it is important to talk about it because its something that I think is ok to talk about. It also helps me get a different type of perspective, Another person's view.
So Today, as I like to call it, is Day 1 it's a new day, It means that yesterday is in the past and onto a new one yes I may still be feeling really drained I may not be myself I might still be a little more sensitive but these things take time. So today, I like to think of all the things that I am grateful for, One step a day, One day at a time.
Another thing that I think is important for anyone that is going through things is to seek Medical and professional help. And I know that this is scary for some people, going to a to a trusted GP to someone that you feel comfortable with is EXTREMELY important. So I have a psychologist who I adore she has helped me a lot, So yesterday I booked an appointment with her on Thursday.
It means that I am taking POSITIVE steps, So 1 foot in front of the other, 1 day at a time and making myself use Positive words and surrounding myself with positive people will always help but also knowing that it is ok to have these emotions sometimes and it is not bad or negative to feel these because after all, we are all human beings and this is life.
