My love affair with junk food
Hey readers
So even though I am into fitness I have a small love affair with Junk food as in going to Mcdonald's is something I don't do often because it's unhealthy but when I do go and eat at McDonald's I have a go big or go home moment.
So My Mcdonald's diet is a cheeseburger, medium Fanta, fries, flurry and nuggets ( its one of the very important parts you miss the nuggets you miss Mcdonalds) and SAUCE oh and Ice cream at the end.Or Mc chicken burger.
My KFC diet is less extravagant but still good, its either an original recipe box, a popcorn chicken and chips and a FANTA
So at the moment I am craving junk food, I think my body needs it more than I do, I need a cheeseburger, I need a chicken burger and I need chips (shoestring fries) but tomorrow is a new day.
