NO MAKE UP! dont care



Hey readers, 

 So I rarely and by a rare occurrence, it's legit a rare experience as in When I have to go to a wedding. I have sensitive skin, I have to use special soap, and I'm not allowed to use certain brands of moisturiser but that's for another day ( are you guys not feeling so special hearing so far all that is wrong with me) So I must be sounding like a grouch. Ok, so when I wear the makeup that I wear it's really itchy.

I just had an anxiety attack before 3pm Sydney Australian time

Hey Readers  So I wanted you to know this because I am an open book, I think that mental health is something that we should talk more about. I know that some of you reading this will ask yourselves why is this person telling a complete stranger about this but I think it is worth talking about as uncomfortable as it is for you reading it and me writing it. So I have had anxiety since I was 8 years old or maybe 10 years old, When I have an anxiety attack I usually find it scary because I hyperventilate and because this happens I panic because I can't breathe from it which makes me cry.  So ten minutes ago I had an anxiety attack and it was the 1st one I have had since high school ( as I am writing this I am crying) It was the scariest thing because it has come out, of nowhere, out of thin air.
