Why I will never share my diet with you all


Hey Readers 


Ok so let me be frank even though I am an open book I am will never tell you or share my diet with you. Why because I think that it is important that we all make our decisions in life and frankly my life is not yours. 

Right, so I think that all these diets out there are for the modern day people who don't understand or know what to do when it comes to food. Unless you have an Allergy OR you have an illness Or certain religion that requires you to have a special diet then I don't understand why you need a special diet. 


Our grandparents or Parents (depending on how old you are) didn't have a special diet back in the day they ate what their parents or spouses gave them to eat and that was that if you didn't like it then you waited until the next meal. They also didn't calorie count or go on the scales and wonder "oh my god have I lost a pound!". 

So here are the basics for diets, these are really easy to remember I promise. 
 1. try and eat-in moderation 
 2. On weekdays eat in and cook as many nights at home as you can. you are saving money but they are also healthy. 
 3. drink as much water so you need so that you need to pee regularly 
4. If you are time poor find a day on the weekend and cook a big meal and then portion them up and freeze them.(also please for the love of god make these meals interesting) 
5. Make sure that you eat as many veggies as possible with a piece of protein and carbs (carbs are not the enemy they are your friends) 
6. Enjoy your weekends don't be strict with the food you eat 
7. Treat yourself sometimes if you want Mcdonald's and have a craving for it then have it but don't eat it every day because that is Unhealthy.  
8. Weight loss is simple to try and slowly eat less and move more. don't go crazy at the beginning but gradually eat less. AN example if you have 6 cokes every day and 7 packets of crisps/chips and you want to lose weight then start with 6 cokes and 7 packets of chips and crisps at the beginning of the week then slowly cut it down to 5 cokes and 6 packets of chips until you are having one coke once a month and 1 packet of chips per fortnight 
9. If you like me need to PUT ON WEIGHT then we are going to do this together. eat as many meals as frequently as possible and make sure they are big. when I am good (i haven't been lately) I eat frequently and I eat largely with 3 mini meals in between. 
10. DO NOT CALORIE COUNT but focus on the nutrients that are going into your body instead.
