My Gym routine (this is not to be followed)
As I mentioned before I am a Gym nut, I love the gym, I get excited, it's my happy place but also my temple.
Someone recently told me why don't you meditate and my answer was no I can't sit still there is always one person in the class that can't, and if I meditated that would be me. Which is true the thing is, is that the gym is my meditation, it is also my medicine and my temple.
So do not follow this but this is my gym schedule!!!
Monday rest/mobility at home
Tuesday 2 hours at the gym x fit and Muay Thai
wednesday 3 hours at the gym 2 hours of Muay Thai and 1 hour of boxing
Thursday 2 hours at the gym x fit and Muay Thai
friday 2 hours at the gym muay Thai and boxing
saturday rest day
Sunday (will be dance) but for now it is a rest day
this is my schedule at the gym it's tough it's not simple but I would not recommend trying this at home!
